It's prom season here in Seattle and the Ruby Room is making dreams come true for some low income teens. Girls can come in, snag a personal shopper, and leave with a brilliant gown and accessories to complete the look-all for free.
This makes me all warm and fuzzy inside. Every girl deserves to be a princess no matter what her situation is like.
