Shakespeare in the Park

Through out the month of July and August, Mercer Island Art Council hosts outdoor Shakespeare plays at The Luther Burbank Park Amphitheater. Admission is free and the plays start at 7PM on Friday and Saturday nights.

We went on Friday night for a friend's birthday and saw The Comedy of Errors. The play was delightful and Luther Burbank Park is beautiful! Families were scattered around the lawn with picnic baskets in tow and it was a perfect scene of a Seattle summer night. I completely adore Seattle in the summer.
