I love TED. It's a conference that is held every year in California where the inspiring people go to give fantastic talks and party the night away. It's pretty exclusive and it was kept from the public for awhile.

They have everything and it's free for you to watch online. I've been hooked for about a year and it's about time that I shared my best kept secret.
